Description
Formsort securely stores all responses, including partial submissions, in the Responses tab of your dashboard. Control how returning responders are recorded, archive answers from the active view, export data as CSV, and manage team access with user groups and access policies. All stored data is encrypted and HIPAA compliant, with optional storage controls available for Enterprise plans.

Yes. Choose Every response for instant emails or Daily summary for a 5 PM UTC recap. Notifications go to Formsort users and include a link to view the response in the dashboard.
Yes. All stored responses are encrypted and HIPAA compliant. Enterprise accounts can disable in-platform storage and use external integrations for long-term retention.
